 DECEMBER 3, 2015
VOLUSIA COUNTY CHAPTER HOLIDAY MEETING
(Please note that there will not be a meeting on December 31, 2015.)

"Taking Your Wholesaling Business
to the Next Level"

Wholesaling is well known in the real estate investment world for offering the highest pay per hour of work and for being easy for newbies and those with low cash reserves to get started with.  In truth, successful wholesalers have to work hard and smart while being skilled in marketing, negotiations, contracts, repair estimations, and property appraisals.  And wholesaling is not truly a form of real estate investing at all.  Wholesalers deal in real estate contracts rather than in real estate itself and they provide an important service both to the motivated sellers they market to for deals, and to the cash buyer investors who want those deals, but who may not have the time, skill, or inclination to do what a good wholesaler does so well.

Make no mistake, wholesaling takes hard work and skill to become good at, and many people who try it out end up stopping before they ever really get started.  But if you are one of the few who will take good instruction and run with it, you can leverage a wholesale business to generate a great income and provide capital for wealth-building real estate investments.

This month, Tom Krol will be with us to talk about the ins and outs of a successful wholesaling business.  Join us to learn about:

  • Quickly wholesaling your first deal
  • Exploding your wholesaling business quickly
  • Getting the largest assignment fees for your deals
  • Creating a wholesaling business (not a job).

As this is our combined November/December meeting, we have decided to make it a little festive for the holidays.  Light food will be provided.  Feel free to bring a dish, dessert, wine, etc. to share.

When:     6:00 PM for Networking. Meeting starts at 6:30 PM on the last Thursday
