Featuring Guest Speaker

Reggie Brooks
"Big Money with Vacant, Distressed,
Abandoned Property"
We are excited to announce that REGGIE BROOKS will be our special guest speaker at our CFRI June 3 General Meeting on Wednesday, June 3rd at Edgewater High School. Reggie is the foremost vacant, abandoned and distressed property specialist in the USA. He is also an international speaker, author and educator, dedicated to inspiring others to achieve personal success through real estate investing.
Having risen above a life of poverty, Reggie has achieved what many people consider to be impossible… making over $40,000 per month in his real estate business. At the meeting, Reggie will teach his personal philosophies and strategies for success.
You’ll learn how to make thousands of dollars over and over again so you can call your own shots and write your own ticket in your own life. He will teach you how you can quickly and easily explode your income with unwanted, vacant and distressed properties, without money, credit, or a job! You will learn how to automate the process of finding the properties, the owners and create a profitable business where you get sellers chasing you, rather than the other way around.
Here’s some of what you will learn at the meeting…
- How to make $10,000 by next 30 days on an unwanted, vacant property!
- How to use Government Programs that help other people while you make substantial profits.
- How to use the Internet to invest in real estate – from the comfort of your own home.
- Uncover hidden value in properties that even seasoned investors overlook!
- How to invest with no cash or credit!
- Insider secrets that the professional investors use to turn $15,000 profits into $50,000 profits and more.
- Hot new tips and insights into how the professionals find deals in today’s competitive market!
- Strategies you could be using right now to create bigger profits and increased cash flows!
- How to profit from properties that most real estate investors consider worthless!
- And much, much more!
Come join Reggie and the rest of us at CFRI's June General Meeting on Wednesday, June to learn how to profit from investing in unwanted, vacant, distressed properties.
CFRI Members: Free
Non-Members: $20 per person
The doors open at 5:15 p.m. for registration, networking, visiting with vendors, and refreshments. The regular meeting starts about 6:00 p.m. and typically ends around 9:00 p.m.
The CFRI monthly general member meeting is held the first Wednesday of every month. If there is something you need to know about real estate investing, this is the place to come.
During the meeting we have business announcements to introduce you to business members that have services to offer investors. Members may also make announcements about properties they have for sale. One of the most popular segments of the meeting is Deals of the Month during which several CFRI members share with us the good and the bad about the best deal they made that month -all participants receive a certificate and gift. After a short break, the second half of the meeting consists of a special program, usually a guest speaker, either national or local, or some other special program.
Make sure you visit the CFRI program table to sign up for educational programs and focus groups. Looking for a mortgage broker, a real estate agent, a handyman or a property inspector? You will find all of them and more when you attend the General Meeting. Twenty CFRI business members have vendor tables at each general meeting and more business members display their flyers. CFRI members may also display flyers advertising properties they own, but can not advertise their business. You might find your next deal at this meeting!
To join our organization, sign in at the guest table and our volunteers will let you know what to do. Guests that attend the General Meeting must pay a $20 per meeting guest fee until they join CFRI. Membership dues are $150.00 per year for a general member, plus $50 for an additional person living at the same address (maximum of 3 people on a general membership). We also have a business membership available for $325 annually, which allows you to advertise your business with flyers, announcements, and other special privileges.
If you join the association within two days of attending the General Meeting, and show us a copy of your guest receipt, your guest fee will be applied to your membership fee. Each membership will be mailed a copy of our monthly newsletter. All new members are requested to attend one New Member Orientation Meeting, typically scheduled on the night following the monthly meeting. Consult the events calendar for future dates.
