Are you registered for The Home Depot National REIA Rebate Incentive Program for members of Central Florida Realty Investors Association?
Home Depot tracks all purchases you have made with your registered cards throughout the year. Then every six months, they calculate 2% of your purchases and issue rebates via Home Depot gift cards and checks.
However, if you don't have all of your cards entered into the system or if you haven't coded them with the proper agreement code (NREIA), your purchases won't count.
So, it's always a good idea every 2 or 3 months to assemble all your account numbers, log in and confirm they are all there and coded with correctly with NREIA as the agreement code.

- Login in to your Home Depot ProXtra account at https://homedepot.com/c/pro_xtra using your email address and password you previously created when setting up your account. If you do not remember your password you can select “forgot my password” and receive a link to reset it.
- Once in your account, go to your “Cards and Accounts” page by selecting the dropdown box in the upper right hand corner under your name. If you have credit cards enrolled and see that the column with “Agreement Code” says NREIA you are still enrolled. If the Agreement Code column is blank you will need to add the code to flag your account as a NREIA member so that it will track your purchases for the 2% bi-annual rebate. To add the code go back to the drop down box at your name again and select “Profile”. Scroll down to the “Agreement Code” section, enter in Agreement Code NREIA, check the box to apply the code to all existing payment methods, then click “Save Changes” and then “Yes, Apply to All”. This will add the code to all existing and future credit cards that you register. I have attached an enrollment guide that outlines these steps and includes screenshots of what you should be seeing.
- To check to see if you are coded correctly for the 20% paint discount go to the drop down box at your name again and select “My Account”, then under the Account Information box select “Program Details”. Scroll down a bit to the ProXtra Paint Rewards. You should see a box in the right corner that says Gold 20% off. If you see this your account was transferred to the new Pro site correctly and no further action is required. If you do NOT see this, please send an email to homedepot@nationalreia.org stating your email address, phone # associated with your ProXtra account and the local chapter you are a member of and ask that your account be escalated to gold status. **To take advantage of the 20% discount simply enter your ProXtra registered phone # on the pinpad at checkout when purchasing one gallon or more of paint, stain or primer and the discount will automatically be applied.
- Now would also be a good time to check your mailing address and that you have all credit/debit cards used to shop at Home Depot registered in your account with the NREIA agreement code to prevent delays in receiving your rebate. *Remember if you receive new cards to register those as soon as you get them so that you do not miss any rebate dollars for purchases.

- Rebate payments are issued twice a year, within 60 days of 6/30 and 12/31
